Initial Comments:Based on an off-site follow-up survey conducted on October 20, 2022, Grane Hospice Care, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C and D: Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification and state re-licensure survey completed on August 18, 2022.
